ABOUT US
Sarangbang

Inspired by the sarangbang, a space where scholars of the Joseon period pursued learning,
appreciated the arts and engaged in cultural exchange, this space offers a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Korean interior.
Drawing on the grid-like composition of Chaekgado (paintings of books and bookshelves),
it showcases traditional Korean crafts, including najeon (mother-of-pearl inlay), lacquerware, nubi (traditional quilting), and yugi (Korean brassware),
inviting visitors to discover the beauty of Korean interiors and the artistry of traditional craftsmanship.
